Our Client Our client is a private development group with a strong pipeline of design focused apartment developments. This group is currently looking to appoint a Development Manager to assist in the design, town planning and delivery of a high profile apartment development. The Role Reporting to a Development Director, this role will suit a proven Development Manager who can take ownership of driving development outcomes from front-end design through to completion. This is a hands-on role that will suit candidates who have a strong project management skillset and an ability to build strong working relationships with agents, authorities and a diverse range of consultants. About You It is anticipated that successful candidates will have the following skillset and experience: Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or related field Proven track record in client-side project management or property development on the Eastern seaboard, ideally across the full development lifecycle.
