Responsibilities Spearhead the day‑to‑day delivery of cutting‑edge SEO services, guiding our amazing clients to success. Mentor and develop a growing team of junior SEO specialists. Collaborate across teams to weave brilliant SEO practices into broader media strategies, delivering real, measurable results for clients. Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go‑to leader for all things digital experience. Foster a positive and experimental team culture where new ideas in the SEO space are celebrated and brought to life. Ideal Skills and Experience Proven experience managing and developing a team, with a genuine passion for coaching and fostering career growth. Deep, up‑to‑date knowledge of the SEO landscape, from GSO and analytics to reporting and best‑practice implementation. Comfortable managing client scopes and budgets with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to grow business. Strong communicator, confidently presenting insights in client meetings and building collaborative relationships. Process‑driven and people‑focused, maintaining high standards while building an innovative team culture.
