Reporting to the GMB Water Board and working closely with the MBDC CEO and Elected Members, this vital water leadership role will be responsible for strategic leadership, business development and growth, financial management and operational delivery for the utility. Leading, developing and motivating a dedicated team of around 18 people, the successful applicant will demonstrate political and commercial acumen, energy, proactivity, authenticity, agility and the strategic and technical capacity to lead this important service provider.
