In this role, you will support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of ICT projects and programs. You will focus closely on business readiness and transition-to-operations processes, ensuring a seamless flow of services across various business and delivery branches. This position is offered on a hybrid basis, with a preference for candidates located in Canberra, Brisbane, or Melbourne. Key Responsibilities Manage project scheduling, tracking milestones, and coordinating daily tasks to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes. Draft and maintain high-quality project documentation, including Project Plans, risk registers, financial reports, transition documentation, and Executive papers. Assist with program governance activities, tracking decision logs, risks, issues, and overall status updates. Act as a central point of contact, liaising effectively between business and technical teams to resolve roadblocks and coordinate approvals. Assist leadership with the allocation, tracking, and management of project resources. Technical Skill & Experience Proven experience coordinating IT project or program delivery, covering schedules, budgets, resources, and risks. Strong background working within Agile project frameworks and large delivery teams. Exceptional written communication skills, with a track record of drafting executive-level papers, risk registers, and formal project plans. Demonstrated experience managing contracts and procurement activities in alignment with government guidelines.
