As the Service Department Manager you will lead, drive & oversee the Day to Day Service & Pre- Department operations in a highly professional & efficient manner. With a key focus on being on show, showing professionalism, respect, efficiency, & an endless desire for continuous improvement Lead by example, lead from the front. Design & implement Department strategies, maximise the utilisation of resources, & lead Kaizen Continuous Improvements to CX standards & internal processes – make excellence a habit for our Team & Customers, not a moment, The perfect candidate for this role will have prior experience within a Medium to Large Automotive Dealership Service Operation.
