About the Role We are seeking a passionate, polished, and charismatic sales professional to join our Double Bay boutique and deliver exceptional experiences to a discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming, luxurious environment for every visitor. Develop deep product and brand knowledge (craftsmanship, materials, and heritage) to confidently articulate value. Build and nurture client relationships, including follow-up to support repeat visits and referrals. Maintain impeccable presentation standards, supporting visual merchandising and boutique upkeep. Support day-to-day operations including stock handling, replenishment, and inventory processes. Required Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury / high end retail sales (jewellery experience highly regarded). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Immaculate personal presentation and a genuine passion for fine jewellery. Strong customer service and sales capability, with confidence handling high-value items. Strong computer, administration, and organisational skills. Team player able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Jewellery workshop exposure/experience is advantageous (training can be provided). What We Offer Training about all things fine jewellery.
