This includes managing the CEO's inbox and calendar, coordinating workflow and key activities, undertaking research, delivering projects and acting as a key point of contact with internal and external stakeholders. The role collaborates closely with other members of the Office of the CEO team to ensure seamless delivery and support for the CEO. To excel in this role, you will need to be a highly organised, collaborative and proactive self-starter with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, working with stakeholders across all levels. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Provide high-level confidential secretarial and administrative support to the CEO including diary and meeting management, email, and travel management. Prepare and coordinate meeting papers, including commissioning, sourcing, and distributing meeting packs, as well as organising venues, developing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
