We’re hiring a Product Sales Specialist – Simulation based in Sydney to grow our footprint in the Australian manufacturing sector. This role focuses on expanding existing customer relationships and opening new ones, shaping high‑value opportunities across the SOLIDWORKS Simulation and SIMULIA ecosystem , from first engagement through to close. You’ll play a critical role in helping customers fully leverage Dassault Systèmes’ simulation capabilities, combined with Central Innovation’s value‑added products and services , to improve design outcomes and unlock profitable business opportunities. The Role This is a consultative, solutions‑led sales role , not transactional selling. You’ll engage with the C‑suite, leadership, operations, and engineering teams to understand business strategies and engineering workflows, uncover challenges and opportunities, and position multi‑product solutions that deliver tangible operational and commercial value. Success comes from building confidence, alignment, and commitment across complex buying groups. You will: Develop your profile as an industry professional who represents Central Innovation as an indispensable partner and problem solver across Australia Translate engineering and operational challenges into compelling business outcomes (efficiency, quality, throughput, margin) Lead discovery sessions, value workshops, demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concepts, independently or alongside Central Innovation colleagues Build and execute a structured territory and pipeline strategy, prioritising opportunity quality as much as volume Grow, manage, and forecast your sales pipeline with discipline and accuracy Represent Central Innovation in customer engagements, industry events, and partner interactions Success in this role is built on earning trust and structuring deals that stand up both commercially and technically.
