Role As BREEAM Assessor your role will include: Lead on day-to-day delivery of BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment to post construction stage. Chairing meetings with design and site teams, advising them on how to maximise BREEAM credits. Ensuring the information needed for the assessments is collected and reviewed. Preparing reports for submission to Building Research Establishment (BRE). Provide regular updates to project teammembers and pursuing information. Respond to the BRE on quality audit reports. Producing and keep up to date the regular tracking schedule. Location Predominately remote working with around 1 -2 days site visits per month. Flexibility to visit sites nationwide required. Requirements To be considered for this BREEAM Assessor role you must meet the following criteria: Previous employment as a BREEAM Assessor / Sustainability Engineer / Consultant Previous experience / knowledge of construction / building projects Previous main contractor employment or consultancy employment. Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
