Overview Physiotherapists (Senior | Graduate | Casual) – Permanent position | Full-time position. Locations: Osborne Park | Wembley (Primary roles). Responsibilities Senior Physiotherapist: Lead and manage your own caseload; mentor junior clinicians and contribute to team development; opportunity to step into leadership and future equity/profit-share pathways. Physiotherapist: Manage a varied MSK caseload; work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team; structured support and development pathway. Casual / Weekend Physiotherapist: 4–5 hour shifts. Remuneration & Benefits Senior Physiotherapist: $90,000 – $130,000 salary OR ~50% commission model + bonuses; additional profit share / equity opportunities (performance-based). Physiotherapist: $70,000 – $100,000 (FT equivalent) OR commission/contractor model + incentives. Relocation support available for interstate candidates.
