About the Role As Office Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the agency. From keeping the office running at its best, to supporting HR processes, onboarding new starters, and helping our Client Partnerships and Delivery teams with day-to-day financial administration, your work touches every corner of the business. This is a varied, hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. You'll work closely with the CFO and GM, collaborate across all teams, and play an active role in shaping our culture and the experience of everyone who walks through our doors. What You'll Bring You're highly organised, a natural problem‑solver, and the kind of person who anticipates what's needed before anyone has to ask. Skills you'll possess: 5+ Years of experience in office management Sound understanding of HR processes, including support for recruitment Strong computer literacy with the ability to maintain file storage systems and use administrative platforms effectively Demonstrated ability to manage accurate records and documentation Experience supporting financial administration tasks such as purchase orders and invoicing Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a fast‑paced environment A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, HR, or a related field is preferred but not essential, as is experience working in a consultancy or similar Why Join equ?
