About the role The Enterprise Account Partner is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth through acquisition, expansion, and long‑term development of enterprise client relationships. This senior role owns a portfolio of high‑value accounts and positions J4RVIS as a trusted strategic partner. Key Accountabilities Enterprise account ownership and growth New enterprise logo acquisition Strategic pipeline development and forecasting Long‑term client retention and expansion Contribution to J4RVIS market reputation and thought leadership What you’ll be doing New Business Development Proactively identify, pursue, and close high‑value enterprise opportunities. Build and convert pipeline across targeted industries and strategic accounts. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans aligned to enterprise client objectives and J4RVIS growth priorities. Drive enterprise prospecting through executive networking, partner referrals, industry events, and targeted outreach. Solution Pitching & Closing Lead complex solution design discussions and executive‑level presentations. Articulate ROI, business value, and long‑term outcomes to close large‑scale deals. Account Growth & Expansion Own enterprise accounts end‑to‑end, identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities and expanding the J4RVIS footprint over time. Stakeholder Engagement Build trusted relationships with senior and C‑level stakeholders. Act as the executive sponsor for key accounts. Collaboration & Internal Alignment Partner with delivery, architecture, alliances, and leadership teams to ensure solutions are aligned, deliverable, and successful. Forecasting & Reporting Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and reporting within Salesforce. Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies, monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client strategies. Required Experience Extensive experience selling enterprise‑scale professional services or technology solutions. Experience owning strategic enterprise accounts and long‑term client relationships. Strong exposure to Salesforce ecosystem, digital transformation, or enterprise platforms. Skills Executive‑level stakeholder engagement and influence. Advanced consultative selling and negotiation capability. Strategic account planning and commercial acumen. Ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes. Strong communication and presentation skills. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
