What You Will Do Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and scale a high‑performing sales function, turning individual talent into a consistent revenue engine. Enrolment and Revenue Ownership Own the full funnel revenue across all brands and oversee interstate expansion, from enquiry to enrollment. Build forecasting and pipeline discipline to give leadership real‑time visibility. Develop revenue operations: pipeline reporting, conversion analytics, CRM data quality and operating cadence. Lead the HubSpot CRM migration, defining requirements, adoption and reporting. Sales Enablement and Methodology Design sales methodology, playbooks and collateral to make reps repeatable and productive. Build coaching and training infrastructure to transition from apprenticeship to a system. Define and operationalise quality standards for every family interaction. Function and Leadership Development Lead a team of approximately 20, including a Group Sales Manager, Team Leader, Senior Reps and Reps. Partner with the Group Sales Manager to build the leadership layer beneath you. Build performance management rhythm: targets, reporting, accountability and recognition. Cross‑Functional Partnership Partner with the VP of Customer Success & Support on the sales‑to‑CS handover. Work with Marketing to close the loop between campaign, lead quality and conversion. Collaborate with the Chief Experience Officer to reflect the Contour brand throughout the sales process. What You Will Bring 5+ years in a VP of Sales or equivalent revenue‑leadership role with a proven track record of owning revenue. Proven experience scaling a sales function, building infrastructure, methodology and reporting where none existed. Systems thinker – able to design pipeline stages, conversion metrics, forecasting models and compensation. People leader – led 15+ employees and developed managers. CRM fluent – defined pipeline stages and reporting, especially HubSpot. Executive presence – can present revenue to CEO and develop action plans. Bonus: experience in education, professional services or high‑consideration family decision environments; multi‑entity or interstate operations; commission and incentive design.
