The role also contributes to clinical governance, teaching, and quality improvement in line with relevant NSW awards and determinations. Selection Criteria Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) or specialist recognition in a clinical specialty coupled with significant education and/or experience in medical leadership at an appropriate level. Demonstrated competence in providing leadership and management consistent with the role delineation of a regional hospital. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to clinical governance, patient safety and ongoing professional development.
