A day in the life – Responsibilities Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure targets and KPIs are met and exceeded. In the absence of the Store Manager, lead the team independently to set and achieve goals. Oversee the daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management. About you – Qualifications Can work autonomously and as part of a team – you’ll be your team’s number 1 hype person and your Store Manager’s right hand.
