AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold exploration and development company with big plans underway. We currently operate the Warrawoona Gold Project and are now preparing to ramp up operations at our Nullagine Gold Project, both in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Advisor to join our team at our Nullagine Gold Project and play a key role in shaping and supporting our safety‑first culture on‑site. About the Role The OH&S Advisor will play a key role in supporting the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of AIM’s OH&S systems. Working closely with site operations and contracting partners, you will provide practical guidance, training support and hands‑on assistance across all OH&S‑related matters. This is a site based role where you will actively contribute to building a strong safety culture, supporting emergency response readiness and promoting compliance with current legislation, industry standards and AIM policies. This role is offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, FIFO from Perth Key Responsibilities Provide practical OH&S advice and support to supervisors, employees and contractors across site operations. Promote a positive safety culture through visible presence, open communication and proactive workforce engagement. Demonstrate safe, “above-the-line” behaviours aligned with company values. Participate in daily pre‑start meetings, safety interactions and workplace inspections to reinforce safe behaviours. Support line supervisors and employees in understanding and meeting their health and safety responsibilities. Assist with the facilitation and verification of risk assessments, JHAs and critical control checks for high‑risk activities. Support incident investigations, including information gathering, root cause analysis and action tracking. Monitor the close‑out of incidents, hazards and actions within INX. Conduct workplace inspections, audits and OH&S verifications across site departments. Maintain OH&S registers and documentation in accordance with the OHST Management System. Monitor health and safety compliance with relevant legislation, Codes of Practice and industry standards. Fulfil an allocated role within the site Emergency Management Team during emergency or crisis situations. About You You are a confident, approachable and proactive OH&S professional who enjoys working alongside operational teams and building strong working relationships on site. You have a solid understanding of safety systems and legislation, and you take pride in contributing to a positive, practical and engaged safety culture. To be successful, you will bring Cert IV in WHS / OHS (or similar). Cert IV Training and Assessment (Desirable). Emergency response experience and First Aid qualifications (Desirable). ICAM investigation and/or auditing experience (Desirable). Experience with INX systems (Highly Regarded). Minimum 2 years’ experience in an OH&S role, preferably within mining or heavy industry.
