Mining Supervisor: Drilling & Mine Services We are seeking an experienced Mining Supervisor with expertise in Drill and Mine Services to oversee the safe and efficient operation of Dawson’s Overburden Drilling & Mine Service Operations at Dawson Mine in Queensland. Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a large crew of operators to meet production and safety targets. Plan, monitor, and coordinate personnel, equipment, and resources to achieve established operating standards and schedules. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, industry best practices, and company safety protocols. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with other departments on site. Coach and mentor crew members to develop technical skills and promote a culture of safety. Qualifications Supervisor experience managing a large team in an open‑cut mining operation. Proven experience with Overburden Drilling & Mine Services operations and knowledge of regulatory requirements. Hold the Supervisor & Risk Facilitator competencies (S1, S2, S3 & G2).
