About the role Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish. Oversee all sub-contractors and manage the quality of finishes. Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets. Ensure program measures are being met and keep the client up to date. Your Background Experience with site managing new build commercial projects. Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality. Positive attitude with the right temperament. Ability to communicate effectively & drive program. You will Receive Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline. $170k-200k package, based on years of experience.
