Senior Manager, Non-Financial Risk Reporting Westpac is looking for a Senior Manager to partner with subject matter experts to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights and present them effectively. Key Responsibilities Partner with subject matter experts to generate data‑driven insights from a broad range of data sources, including Key Risk Indicators. Develop and deliver clear and actionable insights, supporting management decisions. Engage internal partners to plan, manage and report on deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Collaborate with the NFR Systems team to identify opportunities and develop innovative reporting solutions. Support continuous monitoring through effective use of data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Qualifications Strong understanding of risk concepts, frameworks, policies, and procedures. Substantial experience preparing management information that supports decision making and highlights key insights. Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts. Creative problem‑solving skills to develop impactful reporting solutions.
