Job Impact As a Site Security Team Leader , you will play a pivotal role in leading frontline security operations within a high‑profile environment. Your leadership will directly influence the safety of people, protection of assets, and delivery of critical security services. By supervising teams, managing incidents, and ensuring compliance with procedures, you will help maintain operational excellence, minimise risk, and uphold strong client service standards. About the role This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will oversee daily security operations while actively supporting your team on shift. You’ll coordinate Security Officers, manage incidents, and ensure all activities are delivered safely, professionally, and in line with site procedures. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll balance operational oversight with on‑the‑ground involvement—leading by example, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality security presence across the site. Job Location : North Ryde, Sydney Contract : Permanent, full time / 48 hrs a week Shift Pattern : Day only – 12 hour shifts Monday to Thursday Key responsibilities Primary duties include and not limited to: Lead and supervise Security Officers, allocating duties and supporting performance across all security functions. Oversee daily operations including patrols, control room activities, access control, and site security procedures. Act as the key escalation point for incidents, coordinating response and ensuring accurate reporting. Maintain compliance with SOPs, conduct inspections, and support audits while driving a strong safety and security culture. About You Must have Security Licence, Classification 1A (Unarmed Guarding) Valid First Aid Certificate (3 years validity) with current CPR Certificate (1 year validity) Ability to clear an Australian Police Check Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer service skills Demonstrated experience in incident management and conflict resolution Intermediate computer skills, including reporting systems and MS Office Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure If you have the above criteria, we look forward receiving your application!
