Youwill be a key senior resource for the team and will have theopportunity to act on a broad range of mattersincluding: ACLclaims and regulatory prosecutions; leasingand property related advice and disputes; defamation claims;and medicalnegligence claims. In this role you will provideexceptional legal advice to clients, conduct defence as requiredand appear in court. Aboutyou We arelooking for a commercial litigator with 7 or more years ofpost-admission experience, who ideally has worked in a similar firmof a similar size. You should beproactive in your approach and possess strong problem-solvingskills.
