Director, Education Quality, Standards and Integrity Contract Full-time, Senior Position on a 5-Year Fixed-Term Contract. Penrith campus with flexible working arrangements. Competitive senior-level remuneration, commensurate with experience. Provide executive leadership to safeguard education quality, standards and integrity across the University. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for education quality assurance, academic standards and integrity across the University. Working with senior academic and professional leaders, you will ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and alignment with institutional priorities. The Opportunity You will lead the development, implementation and review of policies, frameworks and processes that support high‑quality learning and teaching. This includes oversight of accreditation, course and unit quality assurance, academic integrity matters and continuous improvement activities. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, to support a robust quality culture. As a senior leader, you will contribute to University‑wide governance, risk management and strategic planning. Success Indicators Education quality and integrity frameworks meet regulatory and accreditation requirements. Clear, consistent quality assurance processes are embedded across the institution. Academic integrity risks are identified, managed and reduced. Strong stakeholder confidence in the University’s education standards. Effective leadership of teams delivering quality and integrity functions. Qualifications Extensive senior leadership experience in education quality or regulatory environments. Demonstrated expertise in academic standards, accreditation and quality assurance. Strong understanding of the Australian higher education regulatory landscape.
