You will be a central point of contact to ensure top-tier services, including day-to-day functions and operations management.What You’ll DoGuest Relations - Reception:Manage the day-to-day reception, catering, and audio visual /equipment functions within the Guest Relations ensuring the operational standards are maintained and professional at all times Event Management – Delivery of events from the initial booking, lead up and on the day Manage the Meeting Room Booking System – ensuring all bookings are entered to the required standard Conduct regular floor walks of Guest Relations spaces to ensure they are maintained to the established standards Be pro-active in reviewing operational processes, revising as required to meet client demands Administrative duties or project work as required, including management of Guest Relations and office consumables, processing purchase orders/ invoices, mail, couriers, after hours air conditioning Manage complaint handling, feedback management, standards, and client service delivery Workplace - FacilitiesProvide customer-focused, responsive facilities support services that are of the highest quality and professionalism Maintain the portfolio at a 5-star level to achieve first class client satisfaction Conduct throughout the day building & works audits to ensure the building and all floors are clean, tidy, and free of hazards and delivered to the relevant KPI’s & SLAs. Document necessary corrective actions and co-ordinate appropriate actions and responses Arrange works in line with preventative maintenance schedules and reactive maintenance requirements, ensuring the most cost effective and suitable solution is used Day-to-day management of vendors and personnel involved with the FM services to ensure a seamless service delivery with minimal disturbance to business activities Assure prompt and positive action on all customer complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, as well as conduct quality assurance follow up; respond to enquiries regarding services and facilities issues To coordinate and manage space allocation, churn, and minor projects Support the Senior Facilities Manager regarding day-to-day operational deliveries Health, Safety And Environment RequirementsEnsure strict compliance with client/company WHS policies - access to relevant WHS Resources Report all incidents within specified timeframes Carry out, report and record inspections and ensure accurate remediation of defects or non-compliances, liaising with correct vendors and partners Where applicable, induct vendors to site specific situations Carry out comprehensive and effective work safety and risk mitigation procedures Carry out and keep records of safety and spot checks demonstrating commitment to WHS, including Harbor observations Overall responsibility for WHS performance What You’ll NeedStrong organisational and time management skills and high level of attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate at all levels Excellent personal presentation Delegation skills - able to prioritise accordingly and be flexible in handling a variety of tasks Complaint handling - able to resolve problems as they arise in an appropriate manner Administrative Skills – word, PowerPoint, Zoom, Excel and Outlook are desirable Why CBREWhen you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
