The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration experience, strong integration knowledge, and proven success leading implementation and testing activities Key Responsibiliti esLead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solution s.Drive Benefits configuration and ensure seamless integration with EC and payroll systems (ECP/ECC ).Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional requirements and solution design s.Support integration design, validation, reconciliation activities, and cutover plannin g.Lead functional oversight of integrations and ensure successful end-to-end process executio n.Manage and support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and Parallel Payroll Run s.Provide subject matter expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycl e.Ensure solution quality, compliance with best practices, and successful project deliver Required Skills & Experie nce7+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experien ce.Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central ( E).Proven experience with EC Benef it s and Employee Central Payroll (E) P).Strong understanding of SuccessFactors integrations and payroll interfac es es.Experience working on at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors implementati on.Solid experience supporting SIT, UAT, payroll validation, and reconciliation activiti es.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skil Preferred Sk illsExperience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP ECC/ECP and third-party syst ems.SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payr oll.Experience in large enterprise transformation progr #J-18808-Ljbffr
