This is a six‑month temporary vacancy with possibility for extension and a talent pool for other future opportunities that may arise. HR Business Partners work with leaders across the organisation, providing workforce solutions across a diverse and operatively complex portfolio. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert, evidence‑based HR advice and business partnering to senior leaders. You will have a client‑centric consultancy approach, strengthening relationships, improving workforce capability, and delivering practical HR solutions aligned to organisational priorities. You Bring Strong experience in HR business partnering and consultancy within complex organisations Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders Deep understanding of industrial frameworks, legislation, and contemporary HR practices Exceptional communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills Applications to remain current for 12 months.
