Due to growth they are seeking an HR Advisor to join their small HR team and support the delivery of their people strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a broad generalist role, working closely with an experienced and supportive leader and gaining exposure across all aspects of HR. Based in Sydney CBD, the team operates predominantly on-site with flexibility. THE ROLE Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, who will provide you with genuine mentorship – you will play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR support while contributing to broader people initiatives Key responsibilities include Providing practical HR advice to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct issues, and workplace concerns Supporting investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes Managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience Assisting with award interpretation and ensuring compliance with employment legislation Supporting HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HRIS data Contributing to HR projects such as ATS implementation and policy and procedure uplift Supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and culture THE CANDIDATE To be successful in this role, you will have approximately 3+ years experience in a generalist HR role, with exposure to employee relations and recruitment You will be proactive, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business You will bring Demonstrated experience supporting employee relations matters Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes A solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A hands-on, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and grow An interest in HR projects and continuous improvement WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
