Senior Site Manager – Fit-Out $10m to $20m+ Established and growing multi-state fit‑out and refurbishment construction company with a large prestigious commercial project portfolio and excellent pipeline. Great opportunity to work with highly experienced construction professionals on high‑spec fit‑out and refurbishment of commercial projects for blue‑chip clients. We specialise in fit‑out, heavy refurbishment and some new build of Corporate Office, Health, Education, Government, Hotels, Hospitality and Leisure sector projects. Projects range from $5m to $20m+ and are considered an employer of choice. Responsibilities Conduct onsite HSE and quality inductions with all onsite staff / subcontractors. Review and manage key project issues. Liaise with statutory bodies ensuring all relevant notifications are made. Ensure site compound and amenities are established and maintained. Organise all site inspections with clients, authorities and consultants. Assist Project Manager with preparing scopes of work. Understand head and subcontractor contracts, especially in relation to timeframes. Produce and manage defect lists for subcontractors prior to finishing works. Qualifications and Requirements Trade or building related qualification. 5 to 10+ years’ experience in site supervision of construction projects including planning, programming and management of onsite staff / subcontractors. Construction Safety Induction (White) card. Senior First Aid Certificate. Sound knowledge of legislation, regulations and standards relating to building sites. Proven ability to lead and motivate subcontractors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. This is a permanent full‑time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organisation who offer challenging work. Salary range: A$200,000 - A$220,000.
