Drive strategic improvements within OMG’s social media service offering and work with the line manager to develop and improve agency technical best practices. Grow client accounts to become multi‑service clients. Provide creative input to drive performance across core products such as Pmax & Meta. Attend client calls and present at strategy alignment meetings to discuss work and accomplishments. Research new strategies, channels and ideas to help drive new products forward. Be part of new feature and tech rollout in our proprietary platform Gurulytics. Attend industry events where available. Requirements Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in Google & Meta. Comfortable with Google Analytics. Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent research and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Adoption of AI in workflows. Must be available to work in the Sydney office. Experience with Pinterest & TikTok. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts. Shopify experience.
