Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a premium, fast‑paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI targets. A leader with a motivated & driven “Make it Happen” attitude. Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth. Experience in effectively managing rosters and achieving cost‑efficiency metrics.
