About the role Lead / Senior Health Economist Position located in Abbotsford, Victoria. The role is responsible for developing and delivering reimbursement and pricing strategies across a portfolio, ensuring high‑quality, ‘right first time’ submissions to the payer that ensure timely patient access via PBS/NIP listings and strong commercial outcomes for GSK. Responsibilities Lead development of optimal PBAC/MSAC submissions aligned to portfolio strategy and timelines. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to shape innovative pricing and market access strategies. Provide technical expertise in health technology assessment, clinical evaluation, evidence generation, cost‑effectiveness, and epidemiological modelling. Conduct local market access assessment of pipeline assets and indication expansions. Mentor team members and support capability development across the function. About you Collaborative and commercially minded health economist with strong technical expertise and the ability to operate across both strategic and delivery‑focused work. Qualifications In‑depth knowledge of health economics and market access in the Australian pharmaceutical environment. Demonstrated experience with developing PBAC/MSAC/H‑Technology Assessment submissions, health economic models, and supporting health outcomes research.
