The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the launch of the brand’s first retail boutique in Sydney, scheduled to open mid-2026. As Boutique Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing and driving the success of the new location. You will have full accountability for boutique operations, including team leadership, sales performance, client experience, and operational excellence. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced retail leader who can embody the brand’s values while delivering exceptional results in a luxury environment. Key Responsibilities Based in Sydney's luxury CBD precinct, a key focus of the role will be delivering structured training, ongoing coaching, and performance management to uphold premium service standards and elevate the overall client experience. You will drive sales performance through clear target setting, accountability, and hands‑on leadership, while fostering a culture of clienteling excellence that builds long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clientele. The role also involves overseeing all aspects of boutique operations, including inventory management, stock control, and daily reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols. Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience within luxury retail, ideally in watches or fine jewellery Proven experience in a retail management or leadership role Strong track record in driving sales performance and team engagement Demonstrated expertise in clienteling and building lasting client relationships Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong operational and problem‑solving capabilities Strong computer literacy and administrative skills Professional presentation aligned with luxury brand standards A collaborative, proactive, and results‑driven mindset Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field (advantageous) Experience in the luxury watch industry is highly regarded Benefits This is a rare opportunity to lead the launch of a flagship boutique for a globally recognised luxury brand, offering the chance to make a lasting impact within the Australian market.
