About the role You’ll lead the delivery of Insurance Broking Systems within Australia and potential involvement across APAC (Asia & Australia). You’ll drive end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets while aligning with regional and global strategic objectives and global governance standards. At times you will also need to wear multiple hats, assisting with project management, business analysis, requirements gathering, vendor management. This is a high impact role partnering with stakeholders across business and technology to deliver innovative, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, management, and delivery of multiple projects within Australia Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless execution Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget Build strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying business needs and solutions Drive risk management activities to minimise project and operational risks Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and vendor commitments Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders Present updates at executive and steering committee meetings Oversee financial tracking, ensuring costs remain within approved budgets Lead project closure activities, including handover and final cost reporting About you Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, with PMP (or equivalent) certification preferred Proven experience (7+ years) managing IT system implementation projects, ideally within the insurance or broking industry Strong understanding of broking systems and processes, including premium funding, placements, and renewals; Salesforce experience will be highly regarded Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global teams and vendors Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools, with a solid grasp of risk, problem, and change management practices Employment offers are subject to satisfactory reference & background checks.
