The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high‑quality clinical care to patients across Western Health, supervising and training Junior Medical Staff, and contributing to the organization’s strategic priorities and ongoing clinical excellence initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide expert clinical care in Thoracic Surgery, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients undergoing elective and emergency procedures. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and actively contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive patient management plans. Supervise, mentor, and support Junior Medical Staff, including registrars, HMOs, and interns, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and professional development.
