Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials and reporting. Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements throughout project lifecycles. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience delivering sustaining capital or brownfield design projects within mining or heavy industry. Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering design teams; strong understanding of brownfield constraints, constructability and integration with existing assets. Strong project management capability across scope, schedule, cost, and risk management. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships. Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering – mechanical or related fields. Minimum of 6 years’ experience delivering engineering‑led projects, focusing on sustaining capital and brownfields works across industrial, resources or infrastructure sectors.
