Responsibilities Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters. Planning and managing quality, safety, health and environment issues on projects. Risk identification and management. Establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project. Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan. Advising upon the procurement of contractors and consultants. Co‑ordinating with the overall cross‑functional project team. Managing the change control process. Monitoring and advising upon project finances. Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports. Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages. Strong stakeholder management, understanding client key requirements and communicating/reporting accordingly. Able to manage full cycle project delivery of technical building services projects (e.g., HVAC, Electrification, Chillers, Electrical/Mechanical etc.) from the feasibility to delivery and handover. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field or project management, or relevant industry experience in building services and construction (Builder, Contract administration, Electrical, HVAC, Security, BMS, Fire, Hydraulic, etc).
