Role Overview As an Associate Project Manager for our Transmission & Distribution team, you will lead the planning and delivery of projects across the power sector, with a focus on Transmission & Distribution. You will take a strategic approach to delivering outcomes balancing technical excellence, commercial performance, and client partnership. Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary project teams across electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical scope. Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through to execution and closeout. Drive a safety first culture and ensure quality outcomes across all deliveries. Provide robust commercial management, including budgets, forecasting, and risk management. Oversee project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Build and maintain trusted client relationships, contributing to repeat work and growth opportunities. Support business development and bids, bringing a strategic lens to positioning Jacobs in the market. Required Qualifications Experience across Transmission & Distribution and/or generation projects, with substation project experience highly regarded. Demonstrated capability managing multi‑disciplinary engineering design projects. Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, contracts, and project risk. Proven project leadership skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and team performance. Ability to build and sustain client relationships in a consulting or delivery environment. Proficiency in project controls and scheduling tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project).
