Overview Flightscape is a strategic aviation software solution provider focused on flight & crew planning, operator tracking and flight management tools. The Customer Success Manager role drives customer satisfaction and revenue growth across Australasia (Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific, South Asia). Responsibilities Lead regional account planning to forecast revenue and align high‑value solutions. Execute executive value‑oriented sales conversations and guide customers to maximize partnership value. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (strategy, product, R&D, marketing) to grow Flightscape footprint. Maintain pipeline, reporting and tactical sales plans; conduct annual briefings, quarterly health checks and monthly steering committee meetings. Act as escalation point for the Customer Success team and support service‑level excellence. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in aviation‑related software solutions, preferably with airlines in the region. Minimum 5 years in complex B2B airline operational sales and account management. Track record of hitting revenue targets in high‑growth environments. Expertise in value‑based / business‑case selling and collaborative multi‑disciplinary teamwork. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa/Indonesian is desirable.
