This is a permanent, full-time role offering stability and variety. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a can-do attitude are essential. What you will do: Deliver exceptional service – Engage with customers and buyers over the phone and via email, providing clear information and expert advice every day. Keep things moving – Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, transport work orders, sales, credit card payments, and accurately prepare gate passes, drafts for payouts, and cancelled purchases. Own the details – Complete all auction-related administration with accuracy and speed, hitting deadlines every time. Exceed expectations – Ensure buyers and vendors receive timely, precise support that meets their needs.
