About the Role As the Sales Lead, you will: Actively lead all store sales activities including customer engagement, daily task list completion, and sales monitoring. Organise and participate in all sales employee training through role‑plays, observing customer interactions, and more. Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to the Visual Merchandising Directive, including product placement, price auditing, and product restocking. Work with Retail Marketing to plan promotional strategies, set up promotions according to Trek’s sales promotion calendar, and monitor promotional ROI. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who: Has demonstrated an ability to work cooperatively in a team. Has experience delivering a high level of hospitality to customers. Has excellent problem‑solving skills and sound computer proficiency. Is a confident decision maker with great communication skills and experience leading peers. Has a positive, pitch‑right‑in attitude and the desire to help every customer find what they need. Can cultivate customer relationships and create your own client base.
