What You’ll Do Drive revenue growth: Exceed your booking and revenue targets by selling our software, cloud, hardware, and professional services solutions. Own the hunt: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through your own outreach, qualified leads, and participation in marketing campaigns and events. Expand existing accounts: Unlock additional value for customers by promoting new licenses, modules, and services across their organisations. Deliver with discipline: Maintain precise forecasts, meet quarterly commitments, and bring rigor to every stage of the sales cycle. Strategise for success: Develop and execute account plans that drive scale, deepen relationships, and uncover new growth opportunities. Collaborate to win: Lead cross‑functional teams—including pre‑sales, professional services, and support—to design and deliver winning client solutions. Be a market maker: Champion our solutions in the Australian marketplace and elevate brand awareness to achieve leadership within key industry sectors. What You’ll Bring Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on new business development and consistent overachievement of targets. Experience managing complex sales cycles (6–9 months) from prospecting to close. Ability to work independently in a lean, agile environment, with self‑drive and accountability. Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics or distribution preferred. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred but not essential.
