The Role We are recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join a reputable business based in the western Brisbane suburbs. This role is seeking an immediate start for an initial temporary assignment (1-3 months) with view to permanency. Key Responsibilities Analyse business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making Develop and present financial reports and business cases to key stakeholders Partner with site and business leaders to provide financial guidance and commercial insights Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes Drive cost improvement initiatives and support project evaluations Skills & Experience High Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI highly desirable FMCG or manufacturing highly regarded CA/CPA/CIMA or relevant qualification (or working towards) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Recent experience in a similar finance business partnering position Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
