Responsibilities Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders Produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports Support design management and procurement activities Support stakeholder consultation Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders Ensure T&T safety on projects checklist compliance Assistance to the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as cost reporting, programme management, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, and quality assurance Conduct tender research, collate potential bid work Assistance with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team Qualifications A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or related trade experience 1–4 years of project management experience (ideally client‑side/consulting) Exposure to healthcare projects is ideal Ability to work within a large team environment and bring a growth mindset Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report and writing skills General office assistance skills required Comfortable with spending time within various client offices and locations Turner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
