Adelaide | Hybrid Working (2 days office / 3 days WFH) Talenza is partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation to recruit an experienced Risk Analyst to support a large-scale uplift across process mapping, risk identification, and control documentation. This role will suit a proactive and self‑sufficient risk professional who is comfortable operating in a low maturity environment and can quickly identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and operational risk exposures. What you’ll be doing Documenting and analysing end-to-end business processes across finance and back‑office operations Developing L3 and supporting L4 process maps for operational and scheme‑related processes Identifying key risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities Defining and documenting control points within processes Working closely with SMEs, operations, technology, and compliance stakeholders Supporting regulatory, audit, and assurance requirements through high‑quality documentation Providing independent challenge and risk insight across process and control design What we’re looking for Proven experience in a Business Risk Analyst / Process Risk role within Financial Services Strong capability across L3/L4 process mapping and control gap identification Experience working within regulated environments Ability to assess operational processes and intuitively identify risks and weaknesses Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Self‑starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity Nice to have Exposure to payments, insurance, intermediary, or high‑volume transaction environments Experience supporting Line 2 Risk, Compliance, or Assurance functions If you’re an experienced risk professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and control uplift to evolving environments, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
