Business Support Analyst – Full Time – Locations: Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth ISS is looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Business Support Analyst to manage and optimise our ISS Tableau data infrastructure. This hands‑on role involves user management, data integrity and dashboard creation to empower teams and client stakeholders to make informed, data‑driven decisions. What You'll Do Create custom dashboards and reports for senior management and monthly reporting using Tableau Desktop. Set up new users, monitor existing user activity, and troubleshoot system issues. Act as the primary point of contact for ISS and client users, providing expert‑level Tableau consulting and support. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks of data sources, visualisations and dashboards. Train end‑users on new reports and dashboards, offering technical support as needed. Present and explain data insights to ISS management and client stakeholders to support strategic decision‑making. Define, implement and enforce security policies, manage access control and set up monitoring systems for secure and efficient operations. What We're Looking For Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent. Tableau Accreditation. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar business analyst role. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural, linguistic and religious backgrounds. Results‑focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems, generate solutions, and collaborate for successful outcomes. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with high motivation, initiative and commitment while managing multiple priorities. Compliance requirement – Australian citizen and ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance. Preferred: Degree‑level qualifications in Accounting or similar. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros). Experience with corporate accounting systems.
