Role Overview We are seeking experienced dementia‑specific Enrolled Nurses to work at our Onslow Gardens site located in Subiaco. Brightwater Onslow Gardens features 58 private rooms and 2 shared rooms across four individual houses, each with its own living room, kitchen, and dining area to create a comfortable, community‑focused environment for residents. As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll be a vital member of our multi‑disciplinary team, working alongside registered nurses, allied health professionals, hotel services, and site administration staff. Together, you help deliver high‑quality care that promotes choice, independence, and a meaningful quality of life for our residents. Shift Details We are currently offering casual work opportunities for candidates who can cover urgent shifts. Ideal candidates will have flexibility to work: Morning shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Afternoon shifts: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Days available: Monday through Sunday Responsibilities Assist with hygiene, grooming, and continence care Support nutrition, hydration, and medication administration Facilitate mobility and provide wound care Encourage companionship and social engagement Take ownership of specialist clinical portfolios such as continence and nutrition/weight management, wound and falls management, behaviours of concern and pain management, medication administration, and infection control Qualifications Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aged care, with a focus on dementia care Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in care delivery Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds Leadership qualities and the ability to guide shifts with empathy and mentorship Benefits Salary package up to $18,550 annually Unique staff benefits program, including access to BrightwaterPlus for discounts with over 370 retailers Private health benefits and discounts #J-18808-Ljbffr
