This opportunity would suit someone with at least 2 years of dispensing experience who enjoys building strong patient relationships, working with high-quality products, and being part of a supportive and professional team. What the Role Looks Like You’ll be involved in: Optical dispensing and tailored lens recommendations Providing frame styling and eyewear advice Creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice Working collaboratively with a close-knit team About You You’ll bring: Cert IV in Optical Dispensing At least 2 years of optical dispensing experience Previous independent practice experience highly regarded Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Confidence using practice systems, with Optomate experience preferred Why Join Harris Blake & Parsons?
