Overview Revel Brewing are an independent brewery based near the Brisbane River. This role covers the Gold Coast and surrounds, including Byron Bay, with the goal of selling Revel beer through independent liquor retail and on-premise venues. Responsibilities Territory Management – Approach new customers across the Gold Coast to Byron Bay, including independent liquor retail and on-premise venues. Time Management – On-the-road selling and account management of independent bottle shops; identify and pursue further sales opportunities with on-premise and independent operators to grow the territory. KPIs – Work toward business KPI’s including sales, executing brand plans, and maximizing promotions to achieve the territory budget. Business Development – Secure new business accounts and support existing customers by increasing product range and turnover. Advocacy – Complete tastings/product giveaways during work hours; raise brand awareness through events and festivals as required. Travel – Travel to Brisbane once a month for staff meetings; planned regional travel as needed with travel expenses covered. Typical cycle may involve a 4–5 day trip every 8–12 weeks. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and account management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Experience in the beverage or alcohol industry Knowledge of the local market and competitors Ability to travel within the designated area Starting Employment Type Experience in sales & liquor/beverage industry; existing relationships with Queensland on-premise groups are favorable Computer competence (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company’s success Passionate about the brand Strong time-management skills and reliability Ability to create an impactful brand presence in spaces you enter Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Loves a challenge and a target to pursue Self-motivated and driven with an entrepreneurial spirit What’s in it for you?
