Play a key role in major pursuits and proposals for the WA water market. Identify and assist our Section Executive in business development opportunities. Oversee commercial, quality, and WHS outcomes across key projects. Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and innovation aligned with WSP values. Collaborate across business units to deliver integrated, high-value outcomes. What You Bring Professional Engineering qualification, with 15+ years’ experience, chartered status, and a consultancy background. We are also open to candidates at an Associate level (10+ years). Technical expertise across diverse water infrastructure projects. Proven leadership in major water projects, including program/panel and project/design management. Strong client engagement skills, particularly with Water Corporation, and the ability to build trusted relationships. Proven D&C project capabilities and maintain strong contractor relationships. Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams, including virtual and remote staff. Strong track record in bids, proposals, and strategic business development. Skilled in risk management and applying Safety in Design principles. Passion for mentoring and building capability within teams.
