This is a newly created role for a dynamic commercial lawyer looking to join an expanding business in the health care sector! The role will involve commercial law, property, regulatory and disputes work within an expanding team. You will report to an exceptional GC with a high calibre background and strong leadership skills. This market leading organisation has a collegiate culture, strong career opportunities and flexibility/hybrid working. Skills & experience The successful candidate will have circa 5 to 8 years of experience in commercial law gained at a major firm and potentially also in‑house or on secondment. Ideally you will also have had some experience or exposure to property law. You will be a strong communicator, smart and keen to learn new skills and handle complex work. You will also be commercially focused and able to work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
