This is an exciting opportunity to provide highly specialised nursing care to critically unwell and vulnerable neonates, while working within a collaborative, values-driven team in one of Australia’s leading maternity and neonatal services. In this role, you will deliver safe, evidence-based neonatal nursing care while supporting families during some of the most critical moments of their lives. Your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive nursing care to neonates with complex and critical care needs Advocating for infants and families, ensuring care is delivered with sensitivity to physical, emotional and spiritual needs Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to plan, deliver and evaluate patient care Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and infection prevention practices Participating in quality improvement activities, research initiatives, and ongoing service development Supporting and mentoring students and less experienced staff, contributing to a positive learning environment About you You are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in a critical care environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
